The COSMIC SAUNA is not like a typical sauna facility. It is an outdoor activity that allows you to indulge in luxurious time amidst nature. For example, if sports like running or skiing involve constantly moving your body and can be considered dynamic meditation, then outdoor sauna is a form of static meditation where you relax and engage with yourself. It offers a chance to reset the hectic sense of time prevalent in modern society while reconnecting with your true, neutral state. By doing so, you should realize that you are filled with a sense of contentment in simply being as you are.
Q: What is your most memorable experience in nature?
I will never forget the experience of catching my first rock fish in the headwaters using a kebari. Seeing the fish jump out of the water and successfully hooking it with my kebari was truly unforgettable.
Q: What does nature represent to you?
It is an indispensable element that enhances one's perspective and brings unexpected moments of inspiration and excitement.
Q: What has nature taught you?
Although something may not appear to be directly related, there can be indirect connections between them. Ultimately, everything is interconnected.
Q: What do you hope that people will get out of experiences with you as a guide?
I hope those who join will experience emotions that surpass one's imagination, and a joy that cannot be found in everyday life. I hope that it can have a positive impact on that person's life, even if it's just a small one.
