Guided by the theme of "coexistence with nature," Hayato and his team actively practice a lifestyle they find fulfilling and harmonious. Message

The COSMIC SAUNA is not like a typical sauna facility. It is an outdoor activity that allows you to indulge in luxurious time amidst nature. For example, if sports like running or skiing involve constantly moving your body and can be considered dynamic meditation, then outdoor sauna is a form of static meditation where you relax and engage with yourself. It offers a chance to reset the hectic sense of time prevalent in modern society while reconnecting with your true, neutral state. By doing so, you should realize that you are filled with a sense of contentment in simply being as you are.
