About

VOLTAGE manufactures high-quality, custom-designed skis and snowboards in Minami Uonuma, Niigata Prefecture, an area known for its heavy snowfall due to a unique weather pattern that sees the cold winds from Siberia meet the moisture from the Sea of Japan, creating ideal conditions for skiing and snowboarding.

This adventure gives you the unique opportunity to design your own VOLTAGE gear, and then use them on backcountry powder with a local guide.

In addition to making your custom gear and touring the backcountry, this adventure features local cultural highlights, such as a visit to the Hakkaisan Sake Distillery.
